Initiating a Return: If you would like to return a wig or believe it is faulty, please contact us first to initiate the return process. Wigs returned without prior arrangement will not be eligible for a refund.
Timeframe for Returns: The wig must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Condition of the Wig: The wig must not have been worn, brushed, or restyled in any way. We understand that you may need to remove the wig from its packaging to inspect the color and style. However, to qualify for a refund, the wig must remain in its original, unused condition.
Inspection and Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy. Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund promptly.
Important Note: Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for any damages incurred when styling or washing your wig. We recommend following our care instructions to maintain the quality of your wig.
